| I take green tea extract regularly because it increases metabolism 2-3% even when I am resting. I did all throughout Induction and it seemed fine - ketosis etc was uneffected. Except for the taste... not so great. |

| Decaf is okay to drink. It also doesn't not count towards your minumum 64 ounces of water daily.

| Hmmm...I just looked at the box, and it doesn't indicate that it is decaf. Do I need to avoid caffeine even in small amounts? I just checked, and there 15mg. of caffeine in green tea, which is must better than the 135mg. of caffeine in my regular coffee. Decaf coffee has 5mg of caffeine. My source... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caffeine Please tell me what you think Fayefaye 205/195/160 |

| I am so annoyed at this, on the green tea packaging that I buy there is no indication of it containing caffeine and I thought I had given up caffeine months ago even before I started this diet |
