 Day 1 With blood work done! | |
| Ok I am off. I got all my blood work done this morining and I also started Atkins this morning. Lets see if I can make a believer out of my doctor. She says Atkins is not really a good choice. But, I will prove her wrong. I am going back in 6 weeks to get my blood work rechecked so we will see. I lost 43 lbs on Atkins in about 5 1/2 weeks the first time I did it!!!
Yes you heard right 43 lbs. I lose it fat on this!!!!!
