Thumbs up Re: All that for nothing...i'm so mad at myself:(

Hi --

A few suggestions...

1) STOP beating yourself up. It is only going to add anxiety and stress to this wonderful event in your life, for which you've worked long and hard.

2) Start again, so at least you'll have a clear head and no wheat-bloat and sugar-mood crashes next week -- if that's something you experience.

3) Get an outfit that looks FABULOUS on you right now, AT THIS SIZE. Be with the possibility that you might not lose any more weight by a week from now and focus on the things you need to. My niece is graduating next Sunday and I would not want her agonizing this whole week about food or her weight.

Be here now.

Congratulations!

Hi Honey,

It's odd, why we do these things for sure, almost happens all on it's own - a will power from somewhere else...agh!

It happens to me also, I can't figure it at times. However it's never as bad as it really seems, it can be corrected if your really wanting to get back on track and YOU DO really want to.

I'm with you on this, just the same. Beat the demons!

I'm with these guys, a big cheat of just one day will not do enough damage to your appearance for next week if you get back on the wagon and eat legally NOW.

Don't let stress turn into a massive binge - that really will undo all your hard work.

If you are stressed and don't have time for the gym some simple stretches, situps or a walk at home can give your mind a break from study and help get you back into ketosis.

Congrats and enjoy your graduation

HAHAHA! CD you are hilarious! Swish and spit!! Never thought of that. Minu, no worries, this wagon rolls pretty slowly, plenty of time to jump back on.
