| Were you eating out? You would need to ask whoever made the kebabs what they put on the meat to be sure. If they were bought in prepared then there should be info on the pack that you can use. Again for the water you need to look at the label to see what is added (if anything) to it.

| I have found that fitday.com is VERY useful. You can customize an item, if you know what is in it. You can enter in what you ate/how much/for you daily totals. So if you make a casserole, you enter the ingredients and that casserole is saved and it will give the the total fat/calories/protein/carbs/fiber etc. etc.! Very handy!! Great thing to keep tabs on what you are eating.

| I was eating out. I guess I have to ask the restaurant how they prepared it. And I'll get the bottle and read the label for the mineral water. This morning my weight is the same, usually it goes down about .2 lb or so a day everyday and I have only slight kiosis so I think there were some carbs in the kabob but not enough to throw me totally off. Thank you for your help. |
