| I was the same way. For me it lasted longer than most (2 long weeks). Blah!!! It does get better. Stick with it. It could also be the vitamins...esp. since it is just day 1 for you. Make sure you take them with food. Good luck

| Yes, hang in there. Most everyone gets that "Induction Flu" where you feel like carp for a couple days, but on day 14 when you weigh, it will be worth it! So just keep your head up! Personally I had a strong wave of nausea myself today, and I'm on day 22, then all of a sudden I realized it was noon and I didn't have breakfast OR lunch yet! My appetite is pretty much gone so I have to remember to eat. I ate chicken and I'm all good now. Be strong! And welcome. Courtney
