| Good luck you will do it. I have been back and fourth a few times myself so I understand but here I am again and doing really well. I dont think about what I dont have and just try to work with what I do have to eat and take one day at a time..

| Welcome back, I agree strongly planning it the key to help stick to plan. It you already have supper in the crockpot your less likely to stop and get fast food. I have been back and forth myself and I think is the answer that is helping me, I love the weight ticker. YOU CAN DO IT. |
