| I agree, more water and keep going. One thing about this WOE, is that none of us are perfect when we first start. It is a learning experience ~ As we keep going, we learn more and more about the foods we eat, the way our bodies react to different foods and what to look out for in foods we didn't prepare ourselves. You did good with your other meals and you won't make the same mistake again.
