Default What do you put on eggs to make them tastier?

I'm not the biggest fan of eggs...so I'm wondering what you all add to them to dress them up a bit?

I've eaten omelets for breakfast...cheese & veggies, but I'm sick of them. Scrambled eggs (mine are too blah since I can't add milk to make them fluffier).
I put less than a teaspoon of Smuckers sugar free pancake syrup on them this morn and very good, but then I was entering in the ingredients and saw the aspartame.

Any suggestions?

Another thing, are egg beaters okay for induction?

Heavy whipping cream with fluff the eggs some. Also, a culinary trick is to use a copper bowl to scramble the eggs, that also fluffs them up.
As for flavoring. I perfer tobasco sauce or Heinz low sugar ketchup, just a tablespoon will do the trick. Though I think the ketchup is not induction friendly...

Have you tried making the egg crepes and putting cream cheese on it? Just take your egg mix like scrambled with whipping cream, a taste of vanilla extract and a splenda. Cook it thin like a pancake and then top with some creamcheese. Sometimes I make the crepe and just top it with a bit of sf syrup.

The crepes are yummy.

You could also whip some of the egg white into soft peaks and then fold in the yolk, add some splenda and make it like a "pankcake". It will be "fluffier" that way.

You don't have to eat eggs if you don't want to. Any food is fair game, doesn't matter what time of the day it is.

IF you don't like eggs, you don't have to eat them---at all. There are plenty of other protein sources on Atkins.

I don't eat eggs daily. For breakfast, I eat leftovers from last night's dinner. We have a long-time ADBB member whose favorite breakfast is taco salad. We have another member who loves pork ribs for breakfast.

So if you don't like eggs, don't eat them.

Thanks for the responses...out of curiousity I came home and tried the crepes and pancake-like eggs...both were tasty! The sweetness makes the difference. =D

Also, try a Mock Danish. I just found out about these and they are great and very easy to make.

Take 2 tbsp of cream cheese and put in a large coffee cup and soften in the microwave for about 15 seconds.

Then add one egg, one tablespoon of vanilla, one packet of splenda, and mix all the ingredients together.

Then put back in the microwave for 2 minutes! Then presto, it comes out like a souffle! Later when you are on OWL, you can even add some berries to it!
