| It's not a problem! I commend you for asking first and eating later! Baking powder--legal flax meal--legal for constipation issues. If you are "regular" and having no problems with BMs, save this until Rung 3 (nuts and seeds) of OWL cinnamon, garlic powder, poultry seasoning--these are legal if they have no added sugars. Spices and herbs are allowed on induction. green beans--legal (they're listed as "string beans" in the "other" section of acceptable veggies)

| Yup, sour cream is an "other" category food, along with olives, avocado, heavy cream, etc. You're limited to 2 tbsp. per day I believe (double-check in DANDR) and make sure you count the carbs for it in your daily totals.
