| Are these the cheese ones? I LOVE LOVE LOVE them! I make mine in the microwave. I buy the bags of FINELY shredded cheddar, the thicker shredded kind doesn't melt as well - it's too moist. I just arrange the cheese on parchment paper on a glass plate and nuke for 1 minute. Immediately scoop it off the paper and fold into a taco shell shape. They are SO good, that today at the store I picked up a bag of low carb tortillas and considered buying them, then I said to myself, why would I want this? The cheese ones are so much tastier and far more legal

| Oh my goodness!! These are to die for. I made them yesterday and the kids were trying to eat them before I could get some for myself. They like not having to add the cheese to the taco. Great Recipe. Very filling |
