| I have used flaxseed before, just sprinkling it over the top of salads. I've heard they're supposed to be ground. Any suggestions for how you use them, and do you need to grind them? |

| I buy flaxseed meal. It's ground and the kind I buy is organic. There are even recipes on Linda's recipe website that use flaxseed meal so you can make muffins and the like. Check it out: http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/

| I grind mine in a coffee grinder that I bought specially for using to grind linseeds (flax in USA) but initially I used the coffee grinding attachment of my food processor
