Many people use fitday.com to track their carb/fat intake. You might want to do that. If you can't get your veggies in the morning, be sure to space them out during the day. Some people eat veggie containing omelettes, like mushroom omelettes, "western omelettes" with peppers and onions, etc. But again, make sure you spread your veggies out during the day and you'll do fine.

| I might add - many people feel fine with such low carb levels for breakfast. I wouldn't. If you eat like that for awhile and notice that you're tired and have low energy until after lunch, that might be something to keep in mind.

| Alaska, definately use fitday if you can. I think I am addicted! It is really good for keeping track of your fat/protein/carb percentages and grams. I know fitday is one of the reasons I continue to be successful at the WOE.
