| Peppers are the best! I eat the green ones, the red ones, and the yellow ones all of the time. There is no way in the world I ever thought I would like these. Then I read that Julie liked to slice them and eat them raw and now it is one of my very favorite things to munch... I'm eating a green one right now.

| The red is my favorite to munch...like to cook with green. I don't usually buy the yellow...I need to try those.

| I usually get the red and yellow/orange onesfor eating raw in salads and as snacks with cream cheese as they are much sweeter than the green ones.
