| It is fine except for the balsamic vinegar which is the one vinegar Dr Atkins told us to avoid because of the sugar in it. Make sure you stick to the max 3 cups of vegetables, and try to spread them out throughout the day instead of having all your veggies in one 'hit' to spread out any blood sugar spikes they might cause.
