Day 3 going well

Today is the start of day 3. It has been pretty easy going so far. I'm not really having cravings, but I'm not sure if I'm really out of the water yet. Yesterday was the first day I drank my goal amount of a gallon of water a day. I am trying to drink a cup of water every hour from the time I get up until 8pm. It is pretty easy as long as I pay attention to the time and don't fall too far behind. I can already feel my pants getting a little looser!!
