Psyllium Husks

Hello, I am now on day thirteen and have lost 20lbs. I am stuck at 14st for five days now. I have been constipated for a while and looked around for the Psyllium Husks. The ones I bought are in capsule form. Ingredients Psyllium Husks, Capsule Shell (Gelatine), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide)

Allergy Advice: Contains soya and sulphites
Directions: take two capsules three times a day with a glass of water.


Will it be okay to take these?



I have not taken any Vitamin tablets and I am now on day thirteen can anyone tell me what I should look for when buying them?

im always a bit wary of the shells on capsules - i see you're a brit like myself, holland and barrett sell the powdered form of psyllium hushs...

i personally buy the atkins mutil vits, theyre available in boots and again holland and barrett

I bought the capsules from Holland and Barett, they didn't have any powder in. Would I be able to open the capsules and use the powder or will I die?

I dont see why not! remember to drink a lot more water than usual!!

Thanks I took two capsules this morning to see if it has a negative effect on my weightloss. If it does I shall take the capsules off. With all this water I feel like I am drinking all the time, lol.
