| It sounds like your body is having a bad reaction to the Jello. It's probably the sweetner in it. The first time I did induction I learned the hard way that artificial sweetners were something I had to ease into. lol I would put the Jello away for now and revisit it after induction. Are you drinking enough water? Sometimes your body confuses hunger with thirst. I would also look around for some new recipes. Linda has a great site filled with amazing recipes--a ton of which are induction friendly. | Awesome. Trust me, her site is amazing. I've seen some interesting things in there that I'm itching to try-------like the pumpkin custard.....yum. I'm waiting until after induction though because I already know that Splenda will send me on a bender until my body calms down. One more week to go!!! |

| I crave junk food too and I've had artificial sweeteners in my coffee and iced tea. Induction does seem a little boring, but I've found some good recipes on this site and a few others. I suppose we have to stick through it and get our bodies used to detoxing all of the junk! Meena-beena, you made a good point about giving up the jello and Splenda during induction. DANDR talks about having a "reaction" or something slowing you down, well I suppose you don't know what anything will do to you until you try it. I'm going to slow down on the artificial sweeteners, I'm not getting the results I was hoping for. Goodness this stuff can get so technical! Faith, I hope you find some good recipes to keep it different for you, let me know what you find that is good!
