| you guessed it! eating veggies and water is probably what it is! If you dont drink enough water your body will retain on to old water, causing a gain... veggies are a vital part of this WOE, you MUST eat them. Quote:

| Ok, so you had a rough week. The important thing is that you learned from it and are ready to roll with the punches and take things as they come. A good rule of thumb is to not put too much emphasis on the scale. Your weight will come off eventually if you follow this WOE. The scale is just a tool to use to make sure you're on the right track. Don't let it ruin or make your week. Up your water, try some of those new recipes, keep away from the artificial sweetners, exercise, and get in all your veggies and you'll most likely see results next week. Keep at it, you can do it! |

| The others are right...You really need to keep the water consumption high...I have seen the difference when I drink more...I know it isn't always easy...but nothing that is worth it ever is...and the results are sooooooo worth it....Good luck! |
