| Oh man, my caffeine withdrawal lasted about a week. Towards the end, though, the headaches were less severe. The first couple of days, I thought my head was gonna explode! There are plenty of decaffeinated teas out there. Try one of those. I'm sure you'll find one you love! |

| Tylenol and water. lol. Those worked for me. If you keep your body well hydrated and get in a good low carb supplement (one with chromium) your headaches shouldn't get all that out of control. If they do though, you can't go wrong with a couple of Tylenol or Motrin to take the edge off. You should feel better in about a week though if you co complete cold turkey. |

| Maybe you can 'wean' yourself off caffeine by adding some decaf to your fullcaf coffee? Some members who couldnt face going cold turkey had success by gradually changing the ratios of decaf/fullcaf starting with 1/4 decaf to 3/4 fullcaf and working their way down till they were drinking all decaf.
