| Nowhere near enough veggies!! that's why! - you need to get a couple of cups of "salad" veggies in there, I also don't think you're eating enough, have you gone to www.fitday.com and input all your foods? you'll find this really helps in getting your ratios correct. Are you drinking your water? and enough of it? Are you exercising? Keep your chin up, its nothing that cant be easily fixed! Great work so far!

| Hi Emma Youre looking great! Ah Veggies. Yes, they were a bit on the low side y/day. Will include them again. I just forgot y/day. I didn't realise that not eating them would make such a difference. Yes, drinking lots of water, and walking 2-3miles a day. Thank you for your help. I shall keep you posted |

| In addition to what Emma wrote, weight can fluctuate daily and even hourly. The scale won't tell you if you "gained" 2 pounds. That overnight 2 pound "gain" is probably due to water retention.

| Thanks Evita! And yes Megs is right, you should really only weigh in once a week, then you dont get that "deflated" feeling. Most people find it best not to weigh in until youve done induction nfor the full 2 weeks!

| You could be gaining because you are putting on more muscle. If you've started exercising then keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat--which is why guys can be so darn heavy and still look good (evil men--lol). I would recommend keeping track of not just the scale but of the measuring tape! You could be losing inches and gaining weight because your muscle mass in increasing and your rear is shrinking. Keep at it, you are doing wonderfully. |
