| If you look in the back of DANDR 2002 there is a recipe section. The meat servings for those recipes average about 3-6 ounces. I usually stay within that range.

| ok so 3-6oz per serving.....how many servings of protein do you typical try to stick to? one with breakfast, lunch and dinner? more?

| Since we are supposed to eat combinations of fats, proteins and carbs with every meal, having a serving with each meal is reasonable. ![]() Do yourself a favor and re-read the recipes in the book. It will give you an idea of the serving sizes for proteins.
