| Hi Drew and welcome! I wonder if those meat patties have anything in them other than beef? Some restaurants add all kinds of cruddy stuff to their food for added flavor and stability. I think if you go to their website, you may be able to find some nutritional information to be sure of what it is exactly that you are eating. Also, I'm pretty sure that the cheese is American cheese which is a no go for Induction. What are you doing for veggies at lunch? You gotta have your veggies! I think the better option would be to prepare your lunch the night before and brown bag it. That way, you know exactly what it is that you're putting in your body. I wish you the best of luck and success! |

| I believe it says in the induction phase that you can order from fast food menus as long as you throw the bun to the side and don't get ketchup on it. If american cheese is prohibited than say you just want a hamburger and order a salad to go with it. That's what I do. |

| McDonalds hamburger are fine, they are all beef. The cheese isn't great, here are the ingredients (from the McDonalds websiite). American cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), water, milkfat, sodium citrate, sodium phosphate, salt, sorbic acid (preservative), acetic acid, artificial color, soy lecithin and/or corn starch (added for slice separation). CONTAINS: MILK AND SOY LECITHIN
