| I was 278 now in at 256. I drink tons of water. I have been eating oat meal in the morning or eggs, salad with chicken for luch and some type of meat and salad for dinner. No sugar, flour, etc for 10 weeks or more. |

| what rung are you on and how much do you have to lose? Oatmeal isnt allowed if youre still on induction

| then you shouldnt be having oatmeal, thats probably why your weight has stopped. Have you read the book on how to do this WOE? theres lots of stickies in the forums to help you!
