| Think outside the box! breakfast food doesnt have to be typical breakfast stuff, have leftovers from dinner the night before! Crustless quiche, tried that one yet? look in the recipes section ham n cheese roll ups?

| Hey, This morning I had cream cheese and bacon on celery. Sounds a bit weird but was sooooo tasty! Quite light on the old tummy too if you're having trouble eating. Why not try a continental style brekkie with a cheese and ham selection? Or have you tried the induction friendly pancakes - they are very tasty and could be made savoury with some cheese and bacon or some sour cream and a little splenda. I think these would be ok to make in batches and just heat a couple at a time as you want to use them. Keep up the great work - can't wait to be on day 13!!! Jayney xx |

| Thanks, Jayney. I just had some celery and cream cheese minus the bacon. I'm really tired of bacon and eggs, and they both make me want orange juice - the only really strong craving I've had (besides a margarita). I think I'll try to precook some hamburger patties to keep in the fridge. I can work up an appetite for one of those anytime. Tracey |

| Just another thought for you - what about smoked salmon and cream cheese? Quite a nice change too. I was struggling for brekkie ideas too - especially since I would previously have had cereal, toast, porridge, fruit etc!!! Might give your patties a try! Would be a different flavour! xx |
