Hi Runnwme, My first thought is are you eating enough? You could check your calories against your basal metabolic rate at www.fitday.com - which will help you work out your BMR. It coan work out carbs too (but don't forget to subtract fibre). Also, check your water levels and ensure you take your vitamins. As you have lost a fair bit of the weight you want to lose you should consider moving to OWL soon - the rise in carbs might be a boost too. Have you given up caffiene - drinking it, or withdrawal can cause ups and down in energy. Finally, it might be worth posting a menu in the menu thread, with portion sizes to check, again, that you are eating enough. Best of luck

Thanks Baarb I will post my menu just to make sure, but I really think I'm eating enough. I eat until I'm full and snack in between most of the time. I totally gave up caffeine before induction and am ONLY drinking water - trying to hit 60-70Ounces per day, which is a lot for me, since I never drank water before. Thanks for the fitday website. I've been wondering what the fitday talk is all about Thanks for the advice!!!

Hey Runnwme! I have been feeling pretty tired and lethargic and only on day 3 of induction. I have found gentle exercise really helps to give me a boost when I'm feeling a lack of energy - lets all those endorphines (sp?) out and makes you feel really alert! Why not try a gentle walk? Hope you feel better soon xx

Thanks Munchkin. I went for a walk last night with DH. It actaully did help a bit. I think it might just be related to TOM at this point, since this WOE seems to have meesed with my TOM predictability. But that's okay. I can deal with a little tired if I am a loser Thanks!!!
