| I had days like that in the first month. But it does get easier and your taste buds will adjust to this woe, craving 'legal' foods. You really must try to eat more foods though. Its important to keep your calories at the right level. My comfort food used to be sausage sandwiches, so now I have a flax muffin with a sausage instead. And if my calories are low I'll try some of Doms cheesecake. If you do a search you'll find the recipe and its great to get your calories higher, plus pretty delicious. Go eat something, you'll feel better I promise you!

| Thanks, Carmel. I just had a slice of flax bread straight out of the oven. It was so yummy with butter. Later on, I will try and have some of that cauliflower I bought today. Thanks for your encouraging words. |

| I love the flax bread too. Its great.... have you tried muffin in a minute. Its a really quick way of getting flax into you..... heres a link with some info on it! I've tried all kinds of muffin varieties..both savoury and sweet...... Did make one mistake once, mixed up my batches and made a cocoa muffin with rosemary! | Well, I got some meat in me and soem veggies. SO I feel better. Whew! Today was tough. I am confident that tomorrow will be better! |

| I started the same way. Make sure you eat you veggies and Im sure appetite will increase in a couple of days.

| Aww jinxcat - sending you a massive hug Hang in there and try to eat several smaller meals spread out through the day. That should help to get those calories in you. Try and stay focused on all the reasons you have changed to this WOE. You can do it hun, stay positive, stay strong and keep eating! Hope you feel better soon x |
