| It looks as if you are off to a good start ![]() Many of us found that once we started to drink our minimum plain water our body demands more, so drink if you are thirsty. The only caveat I would add would be not to drink too much at one time but space it out through the day. When we read of people suffering with 'water intoxication' they have usually been college kids who drank a gallon of water in a short time for a dare which is a really stupid thing to do!

| Yes, yes, yes! As soon as I started drinking loads of water, my body wanted more and more. My mouth would get dry and I would start craving water. So drink it up! It's good for you! I think I typically drink well over a gallon a day. Also, don't be scared of fatty meat...it's one of the best things for us. The fatty foods will satisfy your appetite and usually curb cravings for sweets. Remember this isn't low fat, it's low carb... Good luck!!
