Question about amounts

I am going to try some of the "other vegetables". I just want to make sure I am doing counts right. Is it 3 cups of veggies per day. It says you can have one cup if other salad veggies don't exceed 2 cups. If I only have 1/2 cup of the other veggies can I have 2.5 cups of salad veggies?

Also-are snow peas the same as pea pods?

At this point, just follow the Induction rules: 3 cups of salad veggies or 2 cups salad veggies + 1 cup 'other' veggies. Remember Induction is a minimum of 14 days. On Day 15 you can move to On-Going Weight Loss phase and have an additional 5 net carbs of any of the 54 Induction veggies in addition to the 3 cups amount you've been having on Induction.

Here's a link to a pic of snow peas. If that is what you are eating, then they are okay and limited to 1 cup during Induction.
