Lipton Brewed Tea

Hi, I am new..my 4th day and was wondering if I could drink Lipton Brewed Tea, with 1 splenda packet. I don't think the tea has caffine (I get it from my favorite BBQ place). The tea is not flavored in any way..just the regular yellow box.

Also, are green beans a good vegetable to eat while in induction?

Tea-Does have caffine, but a fine occassional drink (brewing some now). Just dont count it toward your water. Dont forget to count the packet of splenda. You only get 3 servings a day of sweetner
