| Absolutely! I was suffering from this very thing a few days ago and the best thing to do is eat small things often. Like a boiled egg for breakfast a stick of string cheese for snack etc. Since I am now on OWL I have found it difficult to get in the additional veggies so I've learned to eat the veggies first because I'll end up filling up on the meat if I eat it first. Also, try to eat before you drink your water as the water helps us feel full. And YES, it will pass, but not completely, atkins will bring on a touch of appetite suppressing. Rung 1 question
