Hey pballjunky. Thanks for fixing that. Ok, so maybe a couple suggestions.

1 - Your fat could be lower. Try cutting out some of the butter or reducing the salad dressing or something. You want to get a fat/prot/carb ratio around 65/30/5. This can fluctuate from day to day, but yours looks around 75% fat or so. Just keep an eye on it.

2 - Watch the salt intake. Cured ham, pork rinds, bacon, etc. contain lots of salt and nitrates. That can cause you retain water.

3 - Keep in line with the 3 cups of veg. Either 3 cups of salad veggies or 2 cups of salad veggies and 1 cup of other veggies. Looks like you may be going a tad over. Not a biggie, just don't want tit to be a habit, ya know?

Otherwise looks good! If you notice yourself having any issues, try nixing the soda and reducing the salty meats. Keep us posted!
