| 2nd day at the gym...me not going for 2 months sure has slowed down my groove. I was doing the stationary bike for about 8 miles in April..now I'm dying at 4!!! I've also decided to use the treadmill everyday, but today it took me 22 minutes for a mile! ONLY 1 mile. how sad is that? Meals and water intake good!! |

| Glad you hopped on the wagon again Thumper! Did you think about stopping by the Second Time Around Club? You might find that you get a lot of tips there, to help avoid further "wanderings" from the Atkins WOE! Happy losing!

| Yeah, I still feel like a newbie, plus I never really did the rung thing. stayed in extended induction for most of the 4 months, then all of a sudden I had nuts and berries and ...... well I mention the unmentionables.... but I'm back and feeling really good about this. To be honest, I DID have alot more energy when on this WOE, and even this being 3 days back, I feel alot better about myself. someone also complimented me as I was walking out of the gym today. |

| 4th day down at the gym (and atkins)....I was tempted to step on the scale (and probably would have) but this little tiny girl was weighing herself and I wasn't about to move the large weight up too way past 200 with her around |
