| its easy peasy! though i cant work out the percentages on your fit day, what are they at? you trying to get fat up? if so if you cook a meat or a veggie, cook it in butter, you'll be amazed what a coupla tblspns can do to your percentages!

| My fat is always around 70% and I haven't experienced any issues....

| Looks as if you have gont the hang of it ![]() Don't get too worried by the percentages though. The often quoted 65/30/5 are numbers arrived at by an analysis of the menus given in the book and are not set in stone. It is one of those YMMV (your mileage may very) things too, some members do better with a higher fat % than the 65%. There is a great sticky thread discussing how to increase or decrease the fat you eat. How much fat do I need to eat?
