| Exactly. If you're starving, eat more. I usually eat more the first couple days when I'm going into ketosis.

| Eat, eat, eat....please eat more. This is a way of living where you should eat legal food when you are hungry. First, drink 8 oz. of water to make sure it is hunger...they feel the same to most people. Then, if you are still hungry...EAT! Always remember to eat legal and eat. | Steak, pork chops, lamb chops, chicken wings, chicken drumsticks, tuna, cod, haddock, plaice, skate, sole, swordfish, shrimp, veal, venison, duck, turkey etc.! Not very inspirational I know, but check out: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes Cook It Simply Hopefully you'll get inspired if you see something you like! Also, this feeling will pass in a couple of days, just stick at it and you'll be fine!
