| Hello, Even though you cheated "a little", you still need to start over. The Induction phase is what jumpstarts your weight loss. Believe me, I know it's hard, but not worth it to cheat. It will get easier for you. And yes, if you stay on Induction it needs to be 20 grams or less. I hope this helps. |

| Induction is the same whether it is your first 14 days or an extended period, so get back on the plan. How many pounds did you lose in those 14 days (including cheats)? That number can be used to work out what kind of resistance your body puts up to losing weight by looking at the chart in DANDR. Also he has a section explaining why some people might want to continue induciton for a while that you can read to help you decide when to move on to OWL. BTW many members found that moving on to the main weightloss phase (Ongoing Weight Loss) made them lose weight more quickly and with more enjoyment than hanging around on 20 net carbs and the more restircted choices of Extended induction!!

| definitely redo induction. You want 2 weeks totally clean. Are you worth it? YEAH. So buckle down and do it again, then move to OWL. Ask any questions, come here for support, you can do this if you put your mind to it.
