| I would agree with the 'Start Now' opinion, and whenever you decide to start dont have a 'last supper' of all those carbs you intend to give up!! Better to eat Atkins tonight and get your body started on that fatburning while you sleep!!

| I was going to suggest the same thing so IF you even "accidently" faulter or jump off the wagon, you'll know NOT to wait until "tomorrow" or "Monday" or "New Years Day". |
