ounces mean what?

does anyone know where i can find a conversion table. 2 ounces of cream cheese would be what? i don't own a food scale.

the cream cheese I buy comes in an 8 ounce package. Just measure and cut into 4 equal slices if yours is the 8 ounce package. Hope this helps

i have the whipped cream cheese that comes in the little tub. would 2 ounces be equal to like a tablespoon?

Doesn't the tub-style cream cheese have extra ingredients in it to give it that nice whipped consistency? Just a heads up to watch for possible stalls.
