| VERY normal, happens to me all the time, just do your best on the no appetite days to get your veggies in, eat them first if need be.

| i'm only on my 11th day, and am experincing the appitite loss myself. i have been just trying to eat my veggies at smaller intervals. maybe once an hour i find myself looking into the frigde for something to eat and when i do, i just grab a piece or two of veggies (ie. green peppers, cucumber, broccoli, celery). its seems to be the only way i can manage to get all of my veggies in on the days i have no appetite. then i just make sure that one of my meals consists of a wonderful salad with all kinds of veggies and some pieces of a grilled chicken breast. i know that other times that i've tried to do this woe, i had the loss of appetite yo-yo thing going on at different times throughout the stages of the plan. weeks with a big appetite and then a few days or weeks with no appetite. just hang in there and do your best. moniegail

| If you have trouble getting those 3 cups of veggies eaten you can always cook them! Many on the list shrink up into a few tablespoons instead of a cupfull once cooked in butter or oil.

| its not necessarily the veggies...i just have never limited them...like atkins says u should....its more of the meat that i am having a hard time with...dont get me wrong i love meat...but never in mylife have i ever eaten so much..and sometimes its hard for me to get down. |

| Hi kristy, it takes time to adjust to new ways of eating. Sounds as if you're doing fine. Be patient, and work your way up to the amounts you're allowed. Maybe you should limit your vegies to the limit allowed to make room for the meat allowed. Balance it out to where it should be. Best of health to you!
