Today is day 1 back.

I am on my first two weeks induction...again.

I have sinned, but I have seen the light.
I have found my way back to my favorite website..and WOE.

So, I am in the process of making a delicious soup. I have put hamburger, cabbage, tomato, onion, okra, zucchini, yellow squash...and tomato paste, salt, pepper, and garlic.

I am hoping this is going to taste good, so that I will have something reasonable healthy to gnosh on during the day...something warm and filling, instead of those damn lying pork rinds that SAY no carbs, but then you read the freaking ingredients and it says MALTODEXTRIN...
WTF is that?! damn them!

Anyhow, I just wanted to say hello. I missed you guys.
I am working hard on it.
OK, and I must say, I am a bit energized even though I am darn tired from today.

My head is beginning to hurt, and I think I am getting induction flu on day one. IS THAT EVEN FREAKING POSSIBLE!?!

ok.

I am going to lurk in other forums now.

Dont worry too much about the porkrinds, the amount is literally non existant which is why they can state no carbs, i still only have them in an emergency though!
