| Yes, mustard is allowed. It's a seed that has been processed down and has no carb value. Sorry no body answered. Sometimes post get lost in the 10000000s of them Oh, and do you have the book? it's a must read. It'll give you more info on the condiments that are awesome to use. |

| If the label that you're reading says "0 carbs" and ingredients says: Mustard...I'd say you're safe. Read the label to determine what's in it. If there is starch, flour bases of any kind (whole graine or whatnot), corn syrup, sugar, or anything of that nature, don't eat it. |
