Anyone use smart water?

it has potassium and seems to help with the leg cramps i get. I didnt have any yesterday and was up all night with cramps. Also i have been taking 6 meta mucil tablets a day and NO movement! Can't seem to locate flax meal, but will try this weekend. I ate 6 low carb candys because usually 3 and I am in the bathroom. I ate 6 the other day 2 and no movement. Any suggestions on what else to try? Also been very good drowning in water, cutting out the cheese.

i drink it sometimes, like fiji the best, but it has the word smart on it, so i think i am smart, great advertising by them

A lot of the spring waters have things added to them these days. I like smart water if for no other reason than they did it long before others. And the nifty marker on the side of how "smart" you are is cute too. :P

Besides potassium, it also has added calcium and magnesium. I don't know if that makes it smart, but it sounds as if it'll be good for you. I'll have to try it.


Would the opposite of SmartWater be Evian brand water? [Evian spelled backwards is .... ]

The cramps r from not enough potassium even with a multivitamin apparently not enough i still get cramps. Does the fiji water have potassium too. Only saw it once my dh went nuts cause it was like 5.00 a bottle,good though. I DO feel smarter already!!

I love SmartWater the most!!! I buy the great big ones and I take it everywhere I go! It makes me feel better, it's like gatorade without all the nasty carbs and sodium!

Kelly, you need to try straight up psyillium husk. You can get it in health food stores or in the health food section of a regular store. Make sure you get one with no carbs, it is incredible. It works fast and is comfortable, I never get stomach pain from it. I get the kind that you mix into water but you can also get it in little pills I think. Give it a try!
