| Thank you.. if I keep checking in here I tend to stay on track better, I need to find myw ill power I had a few years ago! My goal is to drop all weight this year! No making this damn weight loss thing go on forever! I hate how I look, I hate how I feel, and I hate how the clothes feel. So ti is time to make a change and with everyone here it can be done!

| Hey there, way to go and getting started right away. I find it's easier to keep on track when I come here and check in, it's very motivating! I'm also trying to think in terms of one day at a time instead of "the rest of my life". I can't do anything about the future, but I can do something right now, this minute, so that's what I'm trying to concentrate on. It seems to be working and really helps. Good luck, you can do it!
