| Hey Disneydiva, I am only in my second week of induction but this is what works for me. I make sure that I drink my 64 ounces of water everyday. If three meals a day aren't working for you, have you tried eating five to six mini meals? As for the headache, I had a headache for the first four days of induction. I guess it was the caffeine and sugar withdrawal. I hope that helps. Hang in there and keep trying. |

| Yes you are suffering from what is called "induction flu". Once you get past the first 3-5 days you will feel much better. Just hang in there, we all go through it, some worse than others. Its your body detoxing. As far as not feeling full unless you eat bread...hmmm...well, from my experience this way of eating surpresses hunger. Just try and get through the first week and I'm certain after that you will find it much easier to maintain this way of life.

as for the hunger: eat. if you're eating from your induction list of food you should not be getting hungry. fats help to satisfy too. as suggested, make sure you are drinking no less that 64 ounces of water. if you are eating as planned out on the induction list of food, i think you'll be feeling full, even without the bread. don't overeat but eat to satisfaction

| I found that expecially during induction, I had to up my fat intake A LOT to feel satisfied without carbs (for you bread, for me, pasta). I dipped pretty much everything in mayo or whipped cream depending on what it was. It also seemed to make me lose faster, but that's just me. Best of luck! |
