| Hi, Avocado is induction friendly, you are allowed 1/2 a small avocado per day. As for the count, I found this on a site called www.carb-information.com I don't know anything about that site so if someone else has different info I hope they will post it. Food Item:Avocado, raw Food Quantity: 1 oz Carbs: 2.2g Dietary Fiber: 1.6g Net Carbs: 0.6g

| They are absolutely legal and a fantastic way to handle cravings, because they have a small amount of carbs and a ton of fat. About 1 net carb per 1/2 avocado. (you subtract your fiber from your carbs ) |

| They are legal and yummy. I found last time I did Atkins that they did slow my weightloss down a bit. Probably just me. Most people have something that will slow them down. But it's something to be aware of anyway.

| The lowish net carbs are for the black knobbly skinned one - the green ones are much more carby! Fitday has half of a green one as being about 5 net carbs, so for induction they might push your carb count too high.
