| I've had the same problem, in fact, I still do and am on OWL rung 3 already. I am going to the gym though, so there is not much else to say than: you'll have to kick your own butt and just go there. Once you get started it gets easier and nobody expects you to work out like crazy, just do what you feel you can handle until you get used to it. I only go twice a week for 1 hour, don't have time for more but I do go and see the results |

| I'm with Emma here. You need to make sure you're taking a good multivitamin. Are you getting yours in? Also, are you maybe eating something you shouldn't be without knowing it? You might think about posting your menus for the past day or two and let the experts here point out what might be the problem. |
