The meat with carbs that you are looking at is probably pre-packaged meats cured with all types of sugar n such. Head for the meat dept. and get some fresh! Thats the way to go!

Love S/F Jello Meat with no carbs? steaks, hamburger, pork chops,fish, chicken.......the stuff you have to cook not the premarinated or freezer pre cooked stuff.

yep, those meats have got to be pre-seasoned meats and hamburgers...I can't find pre-made hamburgers here that don't have carbs (they seem to use starch or smthg like that in them), so I have to buy everything fresh and unprepared and then make it from the scratch. Well, that's part of atkins for me now, it's annoying some nights when I really don't wanna cook but at least I know what I'm eating
