| Hello From what I have noticed, the regular, original flavor does not have sugar in the ingredients. It's something about the flavored ones (like Bar-b-q or Hot) that has the sugar in the ingredients. So, techinically, the flavored ones need to be avoided whether on induction or not. It's made me give up snacking on pork rinds, because I like the Hot ones so much better than the regular ones. I don't miss them, anymore, though. There was too much sodium in them anyway, for me. |
