| If you ate off-plan either by too many carbs or eating the wrong food just carry on eating TO plan the very next mouthful ![]() And dont punish yourself by depriving your self either. Unlike many 'diets' we cant really negate poor eating choices by not eating for a while to 'average' things out. Did you go over your net carbs with 'legal' foods? If so you probably will have done no damage at all as your CCLL might be over 40 anyway!! You are counting 'net' carbs I hope (total carbs less fiber)? Congratulations on those 6 pounds gone ![]() I imagine they were part water/part fat, but in any case they are 6 pounds less to carry around all day, so well done you It is a terrific amount to lose in only 2 days!!Next time you are out shopping pick up something that weighs 6 pounds to realise how much you have already lost Keep up the good work!!

| Next time try ground flaxseed or psyllium husks, both help and are induction friendly! I have stomach issues and have to get a lot of fiber, I've been there. Also try eating higher fiber veggies. Go back on plan as soon as possible! Don't wait--the longer you wait, the more probable the cheats. And congratulations on the 6 pounds! |

| Ok, next time, as someone else has told you, use flax. In fact, use it every day. A lot of us do. You can by flax seed meal at Walgreens, Walmart, Target, CVS pharmacy, and Rite Aid. Probably other places, too. You can make a cracker out of it (take 1-2 tablespoons, add a dash of salt, mix with water to make a paste, spread on parchment paper or waxed paper and microwave for 1.5 minutes) that you can put cheese on (melted cheddar or flavored cream cheese is yummy!) or you can make a cereal out of it (1-2 tablespoons in a bowl, add enough water to make it runny, nuke for a minute, add a dash of cream and some splenda and cinnamon). You can mix it in with eggs or any other dish. The point is, it keeps you regular. If you have the runs, it takes care of that, and if you are constipated, it takes care of that. Go for it! |
