| I ate cake but only a small peice, and I had planned on eating it since june... its even in my journal a note to let myself eat cake... but, the "carb crash" I had was HORRIFIC. I got really hyper right after eating it then in 20 minutes I got crabby, then moody/sad, on the car ride home I had the worst stomach cramps ever and then I passed out from exhaustion and went to bed at 9:07pm - out cold... which is unheard of for me... So, in the end, not worth it, nor the pound I gained... Today has been an on track morning and I'm feeling good about the rest of my day. Fresh start... |
