I met my first goal

Hi guys,
Just stopping by to say I have met my first mini goal. Yippee I am in the 180's. Did my 7 day weigh in this morning and I was at 187.2. Thanks Atkins.

Not sure how the next one will go since survival will take priority as we try to ride out Hurricane Dean. The winds and rains of the outer bands of the hurricane are here already but the real thing is a few hours off. Dont know if I will be able to check back in for a while since the electricity company is planning phased turning off of the electricity to protect us. After, they will have to do safety checks before turning it back on, so it all depends on how Dean decides to handle us. Thanks for all the safety wishes and prayers I have gotten from you guys. I will do my best to stay safe and to stay as close to Atkins as possible. I have a feeling though that it will be more of a high protein diet I will be doing with mostly meats after the vegetable supply I have now runs out.
